Vivo is on roll after launching the Vivo NEX, we now have the mid-range smartphone with Vivo Y81 hits Indian shores. Earlier the Vivo Y81 made its debut in China last week. The Vivo Y81 is priced at Rs.12,990/-. The device will be available in two colors with Black and Gold. Vivo Y81 is already up on sale via Amazon and all leading retail outlets across India.
The new Vivo Y81 sports larger 6.22 inches IPS LCD HD+ display with a resolution of 1520 x 720p having an aspect ratio of 19:9. The Vivo Y81 too comes with display notch along with thicker bezels on the bottom of the display. It is made out of plastic and weighs around 148 grams. It is just 7.77mm thick.
The Vivo Y81 is powered by MediaTek Helio P22 SoC clocked at 2GHz coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. It also has the option to expand the storage via dedicated microSD card slot up to 256GB.
The Vivo Y81 features 13MP rear camera with an aperture of f/2.2 and LED Flash. There is 5MP selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.2 with a screen flash and also doubles up as face unlock. It also comes with AI features like AI Beauty mode, Portrait, and Bokeh mode.
The connectivity options include Dual SIM with 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Wifi, Bluetooth 5.0, A-GPS, GLONASS, FM Radio, micro USB port, 3.5 mm audio jack and fingerprint scanner. The Vivo Y81 is fueled by 3260 mAh battery and runs on Android 8.1 with FunTouch OS 4.0 out of the box.
