Earlier we had various leaks and rumors about the Samsung’s 2019 flagship the Samsung Galaxy S10. We also got to know that Samsung will launch three different variants of the Samsung Galaxy S10.
Now as per Industry Insider, Samsung will launch three models of Samsung Galaxy S10 with two different fingerprint sensors. As per the source, Samsung has now partnered with Qualcomm for the Ultrasonic fingerprint scanner which will be on two models of the Samsung Galaxy S10 whereas the third model will get the Samsung made optical fingerprint sensor.
Anyway, probably Samsung is doing cost-cutting as it needs to differentiate between all three models. One with an optical fingerprint scanner will be cheapest among three models as Ultrasonic fingerprint scanner will cost three times more than optical ones. Samsung Galaxy S10 is expected for MWC 2019 launch in Feb and will go on sale in March.
