Samsung has now started to push the OTA update to fix some bugs and also provide the latest security patch for the last year flagship Samsung Galaxy S8.
Earlier user complained about slower security updates and users were left disappointed with a slower update cycle. Now Samsung has surprised everyone with its latest Android Security update for the Aug 2018 been already hitting the Samsung Galaxy S8. As of now, there are no details about when will Samsung Galaxy S8+ will get the update.
The new update weighs around 418MB and will bring the latest Android Aug 2018 security patch along with a series of bugs fixes. It also improves the Game Launcher. After the update, the device build number will change to G950FXXU3CRGH. As of now, the update is hitting in Germany and might soon be made available globally.
