With Google and Amazon taking the smart speaker market with their value for money pricing, now Lenovo owned Motorola too wants to enter the AI speaker race. Yes, Motorola is planning to introduce the first AI smart speaker exclusive to China with Moto Small Degree AI speaker.
As per the official Motorola website, the new Moto Small Degree AI speaker looks similar to Google Home with its textured top and bottom of the device and has the cylindrical shape. The new Moto Small Degree AI speaker is powered by Baidu AI Technology and features Child mode where one can instruct the speaker to come with Children specific content. Once it enters Child mode it will automatically start playing Rhymes, stories or music.
The new Moto Small Degree AI speaker will recommend content based on daily usage like reading news, weather reports, stock markets etc. It comes with a double passive radiator with excellent sound and enhanced bass. It also comes with physical control keys and can also be controlled wireless via an app directly from your smartphone. It features 360 degrees surround speaker and can listen to the sounds from any corner of the room.
Moto Small Degree AI speaker weighs around 280 grams and measures 90mm x 102.4mm. It is equipped with an ARM Cortex A53 chip with a frequency response between 80Hz and 14KHz. It comes with Bluetooth 4.2 and Wifi support.
