LG Q7, LG Q7+, and LG Q7α

LG has finally launched the successor to LG Q6 with LG Q7 in India. LG had announced the  LG Q7 earlier this year and has finally hit India. The LG Q7 is priced at Rs.15,990/- and will go on sale via all leading offline stores across India from Sept 1. LG Q7 will be available in two colors, Aurora Black and Moroccan Blue.

The LG Q7 is made out of metal and comes with an IP68 rating which makes the device dust and water resistant. It has also passed 14 of the MIL-STD 810G tests designed by the United States military under harsh environments.

The LG Q7 weighs 145 grams and is 8.4 mm thick. The LG Q7 sports 2.5D curved glass covered 5.5 inches FHD+ FullVision display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 having a resolution of 2160*1080p. The LG Q7is powered by MediaTek MT6750S 1.5GHz Octa-core or 1.8 GHz Octa-Core processor.

The LG Q7 is coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory with the option of expanding memory up to 2TB. The new LG Q7 features an 8MP camera (f/1.9) with a 100-degree Super Wide Angle Lens (5MP Only) and comes with Portrait mode option to blur the background with Face Unlock. It will also come with QLens which made debut with LG V30S ThinQ smartphone earlier this year. QLens lets users use the camera to improve the image searching and online shopping experience with images of food, clothing, celebrities or landmarks such as buildings and statues.

LG Q7 features 13MP rear camera (f/2.2 aperture) with PDAF and LED flash. The other features include  DTS:X to deliver virtual 3D and LG Q7+ will be the first mid-range smartphone to come with Hi-Fi Quad DAC for distortion-free sound experience via high-end earphones.

The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Wifi, Bluetooth 4.2, A-GPS, GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C port, 3.5 mm audio port, FM Radio, and fingerprint scanner. All the three smartphones are fueled by 3000 mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick charging support and runs on Android 8.0 with LG UI on top.
