After Oppo announcing their most advanced smartphone the Oppo Find X earlier last month we now have a similar phone coming from popular Chinese brand Honor with Honor Magic 2. Today, Honor just showed us the first glimpse of the future smartphone the Honor Magic 2 at IFA Berlin.
Honor launched the Honor Magic in 2016 and we never saw the successor since past two years. Finally, Honor has announced the successor with Honor Magic 2 today at IFA. The new Honor Magic 2 will be the all-display smartphone and will look similar to Oppo Find X.
The new Honor Magic 2 will come with a pop-up slider which houses the rear as well as a selfie camera similar to Oppo Find X. The Honor Magic 2 will be powered by latest Huawei Kirin 980 SoC with enhanced AI capabilities.
It will also include a whopping 40W fast charger with a 15-layer safety protection system and auto identification of three critical parts in the charging system. Sadly, we are still not sure when exactly the device will be officially unveiled but we can expect Honor Magic 2 to launch by end of this year.
