Huawei has now launched the new Huawei Nova 3 & Huawei Nova 3i in India. Earlier last week Huawei had launched the devices in China. The Huawei Nova 3 & Huawei Nova 3i will be exclusively available via Amazon from Aug 7 and prebooking went live. Huawei Nova 3 is priced at Rs.34,999/- whereas the Huawei Nova 3i at Rs.20,9990/- in India.
Huawei Nova 3 & Huawei Nova 3i will be available in Iris Purple and Black in colors. The launch offers include flat Rs.1000 cashback for pre-booking the device, Extra Rs.2000/- off on exchange, Rs.1200 flat cashback from Jio in the form of vouchers and Rs.3200 worth vouchers from partners with 100Gb additional 4G data and No cost EMI.
Huawei Nova 3:
The new Huawei Nova 3 features Huawei P20 like design with iPhone X like notch and glass back. The device features metal chassis and glass back with glossy finish what we saw with Honor 10. The new Huawei Nova 3 weighs around 166 grams and is 7.3 mm thick.
The Huawei Nova 3 sports 6.3 inches FHD+ display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. It is covered by 3D curved glass on top. The Huawei Nova 3 is powered by the same old Huawei Kirin 970 SoC coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The device storage can be further expanded via microSD card up to 256GB.
The new Huawei Nova 3 features 16MP primary sensor with an aperture of f/1.8 and 24MP secondary sensor with an aperture of f/.8, LED flash, CAF, and PDAF. It features a 24MP primary selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.0 and 2MP secondary selfie camera. The selfie camera also features Apple’s Animojio like 3D Qmoji and also comes with face unlock feature which uses IR to gather light in low-light condition.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G VoLTE, Dual Band Wifi, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, A-GPS, GLONASS, Fingerprint scanner and USB Type-C port. All this is fueled by 3750 mAh battery and support fast charging. The Huawei Nova 3 runs on Android 8.1 with EMUI 8.2 on top.
Huawei Nova 3i:
The next device is the mid-range smartphone under the Nova series with Huawei Nova 3i. The new Huawei Nova 3i features a similar design to the elder brother Huawei Nova 3. The device weighs around 169 grams and is 7.6 mm thick.
The new Huawei Nova 3i sports 6.3 inches FHD+ display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and is covered by 2.5D curved glass on top. It is the first device to ship with Huawei Kirin 710 SoC which is the successor to Kirin 659 SoC which was powering major mid-range smartphones for the company. It is coupled with 4GB along with 128GB storage options which can be expanded via microSD card up to 256GB.
The new Huawei Nova 3i features a 16MP primary camera along with a 2MP secondary camera with LED flash. It features a 24MP primary selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.0 and 2MP secondary selfie camera. The selfie camera also features Apple’s Animojio like 3D Qmoji along with Face Unlock.
