Asus launched its very first gaming smartphone the ASUS ROG Phone at Computex in Taiwan and we also got few reports claiming that the device will soon make its way to India. Today Asus finally made an official announcement that ROG Phone will be launching soon in India.
During the Asus Zenfone 5Z launch event, Asus CEO Jerry Shen provide us a major hint that the ASUS ROG Phone will be made available by Q3 of 2018 in India. He further told that the ASUS ROG Phone will cost higher than the recently launched Asus Zenfone 5Z.
Apart from that the CEO also mentioned that achieving the 8GB RAM and 512GB storage on ASUS ROG Phone was extremely challenging. As per the report, the ASUS ROG Phone might cost above Rs.50,000/- in India.
