Samsung quietly launches the new budget smartphone under J-series with Samsung Galaxy J4 in India. The Samsung Galaxy J4 is priced at Rs.9990/- and is already up on sale across all leading retail outlets in India. Samsung Galaxy J4 comes in Black, Blue and Gold colors.
The new Samsung Galaxy J4 comes with user-replaceable back cover and is made out of polycarbonate back. The Samsung Galaxy J4 weighs around 145 grams and is 8.1 mm thick.
The Samsung Galaxy J4 sports 5.5 inches HD Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280*720p. It is powered by Exynos 7570 SoC 14nm process clocked at 1.4 GHz coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 256GB.
It features 13MP single rear camera with an aperture of f/1.9 and LED flash whereas 5MP selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.2 and LED flash. The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Wifi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, micro USB port, FM Radio, and 3.5 mm audio jack.
Sadly, the device doesn’t have fingerprint scanner nor face unlock. The Samsung Galaxy J4 runs on Android 8.0 with Samsung Experience UI on top. It is fueled by 3000 mAh battery.
