Earlier we had spotted the Moto Z3 Play in various case renders and we also got the first press renders leaked by popular tipster Evan Blass. Now, we finally have the specs of the upcoming mid-range smartphone Moto Z3 Play leaked.
As per the leaked internal document, the Moto Z3 Play will be built out of Aluminium and protected with 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass for protection. The Moto Z3 Play will be the thinnest Premium smartphone in the market as per the document.
The Moto Z3 Play will sport 6.0 inches MaxVision AMOLED FHD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and is having a resolution of 2160*1080p. It is powered by SD636 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB internal storage which can be expanded via microSD card slot.
Moto Z3 Play features 12MP dual rear cameras and 8MP selfie camera with face unlock feature. It will be fueled by 3000 mAh battery and support for Turbocharging with a tagline of half a day’s power in half an hour. Sadly, there is no 3.5 mm audio jack and comes with just USB Type-C port at the bottom and side mounted fingerprint scanner.
The software features include Moto Display in addition to Moto Experience which will bring some smarter shortcuts on the smartphone. It will also come with Moto Voice feature which uses four mics on the device to assign certain action without touching the device. It will also come with Android P like navigation gesture with a single bar.
It will also come with AR sticker support called the Cinemagraph which we saw on many Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+ and support for Portrait mode on both the front as well as rear camera. There is the new feature called the spot color which selects a certain portion of the image and remaining part will turn to Black & White.
Moto Z3 Play will also get some new Moto Mods with Moto Z Power Edition which is battery Moto Mod, Moto Z Style which is Moto Styles back shell, Moto Z Projection which makes your smartphone into a projector of 70 inches and Moto Z Gamepad.
