After series of leaks and rumors about LG launching its second flagship after LG G7 ThinQ, we finally have the new LG V35 ThinQ launched under the V-series which is the successor to this year launched LG V30S ThinQ & LG V35+ ThinQ (128GB variant).
The LG V35 ThinQ & LG V35+ ThinQ comes in two colors with New Aurora Black and New Platinum Gray colors. It is already up on pre-orders via AT&T from June 1 in the US and is priced at $900 (Rs.60,700/-) and will be shipping from June 8. It will also roll out in limited markets in Asia, Middle East and Africa
The new LG V35 ThinQ & LG V35+ThinQ looks exactly similar to the LG V30S ThinQ which was unveiled in MWC 2018. It features a curvier glass back and metal chassis. It weighs 157 grams and is just 7.3 mm thick.
LG V35 ThinQ & LG V35+ThinQ sports 6.0 inches QHD+ OLED display with a resolution of 2880*1440p having an aspect ratio of 18:9. It is covered with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for protection. It also comes with an IP68 rating which makes the device dust and water resistant along with MIL-STD 810G certification for the reliability of equipment performance in harsh environments.
It is powered by the SD845 SoC coupled with 6GB RAM and 64GB on the LG V35 ThinQ and 128GB on the LG V35+ThinQ which can be expanded via microSD card slot up to 2TB. It features 16MP Dual cameras with a primary sensor having an aperture of f/1.6 with 71 degrees wide-angle lens and secondary camera with 109-degree wide angle lens along with f/1.9 aperture.
The LG V35 ThinQ features 8MP selfie camera with an aperture of f/1.9 and 80 degrees wide angle lens. It also comes with AI cam which we saw on LG V30S ThinQ and even on the LG G7 ThinQ along with AR stickers and Face recognition via selfie camera.
It also comes with 32-bit Advanced Hi-Fi Quad DAC, DTS: X 3D Surround Sound for better audio and also features Super Far-Field Voice Recognition which makes the device can hear the sound even from far distance. The connectivity option includes Dual SIM/ Single SIM 4G LTE with VoLTE support, Dual Band Wifi, A-GPS, GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C port and 3.5 mm audio jack.
All this is fueled by lower 3300 mAh battery with QC 3.0 support and Wireless charging support. It runs on Android 8.0 with LG custom UI on top.
