HTC next big flagship the HTC U12+ was earlier been spotted in various leaks and also had many rumors about the device.With HTC market shares being down and the company is facing huge loss, HTC is trying hard and expecting their next flagship can get back them on the right track.
As per reports from Focus Taiwan, the Taiwanese company is now planning to launch the first flagship for 2018 with HTC U12+ in May this year.HTC has launched their last year flagship HTC U11 too in the same month.The reason behind the May launch is to avoid clashes with Samsung, Xiaomi, and other Chinese manufacturers and can get a solo launch as the other brand’s smartphones will be on sale and have become older.
Apart from that, there are rumors that HTC U12+ will be the only premium flagship smartphone from HTC this year.As per source, the HTC U12+ is expected to come with 6.0 inches display with the smaller form factor.
The HTC U12+ will be powered by SD845 SoC coupled with 6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage.It will feature Dual cameras on the back with the 12MP primary sensor and 16MP secondary sensor.It will also have Dual selfie cameras with 8MP.
HTC U12+ will also have the last year launched HTC Edge Sense which can launch apps and do the various task by squeezing the device.All this is fueled by 3420 mAh battery.
