After spotting the device on TENAA listing we finally have a live image of the upcoming budget smartphone the Xiaomi Redmi S2 leaked online.We also spotted the device in 3C certification website which also confirmed that the device will be launching soon.
As per images leaked by Czech Republic tech blog, the device shown in the images is pre-production unit and looks similar to Redmi Note 5 Pro and Mi 6X in terms of design.As per the source, the Xiaomi Redmi S2 will sport 5.99 inches HD+ IPS display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and resolution of 1440*720p.
The device is powered by SD625 coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage.The device features a 12MP+5MP Dual rear camera and no info about the selfie shooter probably it might feature 16MP shooter as per earlier leaks.
The Xiaomi Redmi S2 features regular micro USB port with 3.5 mm audio port on the bottom of the device and rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.It is running on Android 8.1 and is fueled by 3080 mAh battery.
