Huawei always surprises everyone with their attractive new updates ahead of other brands planning to launch let it be the forced touch which was launched ahead of Apple iPhone 6s and now we a new rumors which will make Huawei again first with their upcoming Kirin 980 chip.
As per source, Huawei is all set to launch the World’s first chipset based on the 7nm process with Huawei Kirin 980 SoC as it will be entering mass production this quarter.The new Huawei Kirin 980 SoC will be manufactured by TSMC and will overtake Qualcomm SD855 which will not make its way anytime sooner than Q1 of 2019.
Apart from this, there are no more details leaked about the processor but we can expect it to have the dedicated NPU similar to Kirin 970 SoC and might make its debut not earlier than 2019.The Huawei Kirin 980 SoC will come with Cortex A75 cores and will bring Bluetooth 5.0 support.
