Lenovo finally launches its new smartphone with Lenovo S5 in China today. The Lenovo S5 is priced at 999 Yuan (Rs.10,300/-) for 3GB+32GB variant, 1199 Yuan (Rs.12,350/-) for 4GB+64GB variant and 1499 Yuan (Rs.15,500/-) for 4GB+128GB variant.The device is already up on sale in China and will be available in two colors with Midnight Black and Flame Red.
The Lenovo S5 features all-metal body and weighs 155 grams. It is just 7.8 mm thick.The device feature rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and comes with face unlock feature.The Lenovo S5 sports 5.7 inches FHD+ display with a resolution of 2160*1080p with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and covered with 2.5D curved glass on top.
It is powered by SD625 SoC clocked at 2.0 GHz coupled with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB/128GB storage options which can be expanded via microSD card up to 128GB.
The Lenovo S5 features Dual 13MP rear cameras the primary 13MP sensor act as a Monochrome sensor and secondary 13MP sensor as RGB sensor, having an aperture of f/2.2, Dual Tone Dual LED flash and 4K Video recording.There is 16MP selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.2, 1080p video recording, AI Selfie and 80.2 degrees wide-angle lens.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Dual Band Wifi, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, A-GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C port, 3.5 mm audio port and USB OTG.The Lenovo S5 is running on Android 8.0 with ZUI 3.7 on top.The device is fueled by 3000 mAh battery.
