Samsung has now filed a new trademark for their new messaging app.Probably after the demise of the popular Samsung messaging app ChatOn Samsung is planning to launch a new app to take on messaging apps like WhatsApp.
Now, Samsung has registered trademarks with EUIPO for the name Uhssup. The European Union Intellectual Property Organisation further claims that it is a mobile application.As of now, the proposed trademark is still under approval and if approved Samsung might launch the app anytime soon.
The website also mentions some of the key features of the messaging app like the Uhssup trademark are for Social interaction, computer software for transmitting, searching, Geolocation services, receiving, storing, accessing, finding, and organising.The main function of the app is to connect people based on geolocation.Samsung rumoured app Uhssup might be exclusive to only Samsung Galaxy devices.
