Earlier we had got some renders which showed us the new design with a bezel-less display, now we have got some more renders leaked which is now rumoured to be called at the Sony Xperia A Edge.
The new renders were leaked officially by Chinese tech outlet IT Home which is a Sony Xperia smartphone and is named as Sony Xperia A Edge as per the source.Earlier we had some rumours claiming that Sony will ditch the OmniBalance design for the new Mirai design and here we have the all-new design with the Sony Xperia A Edge.As per leaked renders, we can see that Sony Xperia A Edge is having a completely bezel-less display at the front with curved edges and there is a thin bezel above the display where one can find the selfie camera with earpiece and sensors.
At the back, we can see there are Dual cameras which are aligned horizontally coupled with Dual LED flash. There is Sony branding below the camera module and on the left, we have the Volume rockers whereas on the right there is the Power button which might doubles up as a fingerprint scanner.
Sony Xperia A Edge will come in five colours with black, grey, white, red, and blue.As per source, the Sony Xperia A Edge will feature same old 16:9 aspect ratio bezel-less display and not the 18:9 aspect ratio display.
As per source, the Sony Xperia A Edge will feature 6.0 inches OLED display with an aspect ratio of 16:9 and is rumoured to come with a 4K display.It is powered by SD845 SoC and is running on Android 8.0 out of the box.The Sony Xperia A Edge is expected to be launched in mid-April and might be announced at MWC 2018.
