After series of leaks and rumors, Huawei finally unveiled its next smartphone with Huawei Nova 2S in China today.The Huawei Nova 2S is priced at 2699 Yuan (Rs.26,500/-) for 4GB+64GB and 2999 Yuan (Rs.29,500/-) for 6GB+64GB variant and a special variant called Yixing Zhang with 6GB+128GB storage is priced at 3399 Yuan (Rs.33,200/-).
Huawei Nova 2S is completely made out of metal and glass and comes in five colors with Red, Grey, Black, Rose Gold and Blue Colors.It weighs 169 grams and is 7.5 mm thick.It sports 6 inches FHD+ IPS display having an aspect ratio of 18:9 covered with 2.5D curved glass.
Huawei Nova 2S is powered by Huawei Kirin 960 chip with Intelligence i6 co-processor coupled with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB onboard storage which can be expanded via microSD cards up to 256GB.
Huawei Nova 2S features Dual camera setup with a primary camera of 20MP which act as a monochrome sensor and Secondary Sensor of 16MP which is an RGB sensor with an aperture of f/1.8, LED flash, PDAF and can record videos up to 4K.The selfie camera is also having Dual camera setup with 20MP and 2MP camera combination having an aperture of f/2.0, Fixed Focus and can shoot videos up to 1080p.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIMwith 4G LTE and VoLTE support, NFC, Dual Band Wifi, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.2, 3.5 mm audio port, fingerprint scanner which doubles up as a physical home button located below the display and USB Type-C port.The Huawei Nova 2S is fueled by 3340 mAh battery and runs on Android 8.0 with EMUI 8.0 on top.It also comes with dedicated Hifi Audio Chip.
