Earlier Ming-Chi Kuo said that next year Apple will launch three new iPhones which will come with similar iPhone X like the design and will have bezel-less displays.Now Kuo has said that upcoming 2018 three iPhones will have larger capacity batteries when compared with the predecessor.
As per a report by KGI securities, if Apple and LG Chem are able to develop one cell battery instead of the two cell battery what is found on the new iPhone X can save a lot of space and also increase the battery capacity to 10% for the upcoming 2018 iPhone X.
Kuo also states that with the improvement of the L shaped battery which takes less space then we can expect it to have increased in battery capacity from 2716 mAh on the iPhone X to 2900 mAh to 3000 mAh for the upcoming 5.8 inches iPhone X and 3300 mAh to 3400 mAh battery on the 6.5 inches rumored iPhone X Plus.Apple will use the L-shaped or Two-cell battery on 6.5 inches, iPhone X.
Due to huge bezel-less display which consumes a lot of juice with that a True Depth camera also consumes a lot of battery Apple is considering to increase the battery capacity.Apple is also planning to launch third 6.1 inches LCD display iPhone which might come with the metal case so we can expect it might not have the wireless charging feature.Kuo also mentioned that upcoming iPhones will come with Face ID and also have 5G ready.
