As we all have full fledge touchscreen device and barely we see any brand launching flip type smartphone nowadays, but Samsung is targetting for a specific audience in China who are still interested to opt for flip phone based smartphone and even releases a flip phone every year.
As per leaks, the upcoming Samsung W2018 flip phone will have top of the line specs and sports a 4.2 inches FHD display on both outer and inner screens.It is powered by SD835 chip coupled 6GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage which can be expanded via microSD card.
Samsung W2018 will not have Dual camera setup and will feature a 12MP rear camera and 5MP selfie camera. There are also rumors of device camera will come with an aperture of f/1.5 which will be the first device in the world to have such a large aperture after LG V30 which had an aperture of f/1.69.The fingerprint scanner is now moved to the back of the device similar to earlier launched flagship devices by Samsung.It will also come with the IRIS scanner and with a dedicated Bixby button.
Samsung W2018 will be fueled by 2300 mAh battery and is running on Android 7.1.1 out of the box with Samsung Experience UI on top.Samsung W2018 will be exclusive to China and will be premium handset from Samsung.
