Google has now partnered with B2X as their official after service sale provider for Google Pixel smartphones launched in India.B2X is well-known for it’s after sale services for mobile and other IoT devices. B2X is German-based after sale service provider and also have many service centers across India and even in other countries like the US, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Pixel user has to first contact to Google then they will connect to B2X where a technician will help you further.B2X will provide service to your devices at home without the need to go service center. B2X technician will first remote diagnosis the device if any issues are not solved then BsX technician will fix an appointment with the customer and if you are interested to submit your phone for repair then they will arrange a pick up from your home and will send to for service center for repair and after device is repaired then smartphone will be returned back to you at the same address.
You can even walk-in to any of the nearest B2X service centers across India for after-sales service.
