After series of leaks and rumours, finally, Xiaomi launches the successor to last year Mi Note 2 with Xiaomi Mi Note 3.The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 is priced at 2499 Yuan (Rs.25,000/-) for 6GB+64GB version, 2899 Yuan (Rs.28,500/-) for 6GB+128GB Black colour version and 2999 Yuan for 6GB+128GB Blue colour version.
Xiaomi Mi Note 3 comes with all metal and glass design with 7-series Aluminium alloy metal frame.It comes with 4-sided mirror finish like curved glass.The device is just 7.6 mm thick and weighs 163 grams.
Xiaomi Mi Note 3 is having 5.5 inches FHD 1080p display, there is no mention of protection for the display.It is powered by SD660 chip which is Octa-Core chipset clocked at 2.2 GHz coupled with Andreno 512 GPU and comes with 6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage options.There is no microSD card slot for expansion.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 is having the same horizontally aligned Dual camera setup on found on the Mi 6.It comes with two 12MP sensors one with a wide-angle lens, with an aperture of f/1.8, 4-Axis OIS and the other 12MP sensor is a telephoto lens with 2X optical zoom, aperture of f/2.6 and no OIS support.The rear camera also comes with PDAF, Dual tone dual LED flash and support for 4K video recording up to 4K @30 fps.It comes with 16MP selfie camera with AI beauty facial recognition system, even we can change the shape of the face and 2-micrometre large pixel size.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Dual Band Wifi support, Bluetooth 5.0, A-GPS, GLONASS, IR Blaster, fingerprint sensor at the front below the display which doubles up as a physical home button and USB-Type-C port at the bottom of the device.It comes with front firing stereo speakers- one at the bottom and other at the earpiece and there is no 3.5 mm audio port on this device.All this is fueled by 3500 mAh battery with QC 3.0 support and device runs Android 7.1.1 out of the box with MIUI 9.0 on top.
