Xiaomi will not launch the Mi 7 anytime soon but we are getting many rumours about the device. As per Industry Insider, Xiaomi and Qualcomm are optimising the latest SD845 chip on Mi 7.As per rumours, the Xiaomi will start its first phase of testing Mi 7 in November and final phase of testing will be held on Feb 2018 after that the device will be ready to ship.As Mi 6 was launched earlier than expected so we can expect the Mi 7 to be announced at MWC which will be held at the end of Feb or might launch similar to Mi 6 in April.
As per rumours, the Mi 7 will not have the under display fingerprint tech as it is still under development phase and will be commercialised only after Q3 or Q4 of 2018 or early 2019.As per the same source, the Mi7 will sport OLED panel which will be having larger screen size this time than Mi 6 and Mi5.
The Xiaomi Mi 7 will be powered by SD845 LPE chip which is made using 10nm FinFET process. The SD845 will have Cortex A75 cores coupled with Adreno 630 GPU and will feature Qualcomm X20 LTE modem.The Xiaomi Mi 7 will feature bezel-less display having an aspect ratio of 18:9. The Xiaomi Mi 7 will have two version one with 6GB RAM and 8GB RAM models.As per rumours, the 6GB RAM version of Mi 7 will be priced Rs.30,000/-.The Mi 7 will also come with Wireless charging support.These are just rumours we have to wait for few more months for some more leaks to come out.
