Earlier leaks we got some details the upcoming Mi Mix 2 with some key specs and pricing details. Now we have some more details about Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 which is rumoured to come with similar 3D recognition system what we saw in leaks of upcoming iPhone 8.
As per the leaks, we have the screenshot taken from the Mi Mix 2 itself which reveals facial recognition symbol instead of a fingerprint scanner.We saw this feature on Samsung Galaxy S8 duo which was easily hacked by showing the image of the owner and was not secure enough.Xiaomi to implement this Samsung feature which is not much secure when compared to the fingerprint sensor.
Apart from the above screenshot we just don’t have any details leaked.
Earlier leaks, we saw the renders of the upcoming Mi Mix 2.As per earlier leaks, Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 will be having 6.4 inches 2K AMOLED bezel-less display with an aspect ratio 18:9. it is rumoured to be powered by SD835 chip coupled with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB onboard storage.It will have 12MP dual camera setup at the back and 5MP front-facing camera.It will run on latest Android 7.1.1 with MIUI 9 on top.It is rumoured to be priced $599 for base variant and is expected to be launched on Sept 12.
