As per 3C, there are two models one with MDE5 and MDT5.The 3C is the final stage of any product to check the Quality standards of the product manufactured in China.
One of the Chinese leakster posted about the upcoming Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 on Weibo recently. According to the post on Weibo, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 will have a smaller display with 6 inches when compared to original Mi Mix which had 6.4 inches display. The post also confirms Mi Mix 2 will come with stainless-steel chassis.And finally, the device has code name Chiron on 3C certification.
The Mi Mix 2 might come with QC 3.0 charger with model number MDY-08-ES. It will be powered by SD835 chip coupled with 8GB RAM
With that, we now have some more renders of the Mi Mix 2 leaked recently on Weibo. After Mi Mix designer Phillipe Starck posting the video of the Mi Mix 2 on FaceBook, now we have the back side view of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 leaked.
From the leaked images, we can see only the back view of the Mi Mix 2 and image is not clear. There is two circular cut out which might be the single camera and fingerprint scanner below it or might be the Dual camera setup aligned vertically. Besides the cut out we have the Dual tone Dual LED flash.At the bottom, we have the USB Type-C port with Dual speaker setup.The back is completely made out of Ceramic which is white in color.
Unfortunately, there are no images of the front view of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2.As per leaks, the Mi Mix 2 is all set to launch on Sept 12.
