Asus a well-known PC and smartphone brand has unveiled a new gaming series laptop with Asus ROG-ZEPHYRUS-GX501V1 in India.It is priced at Rs.2,99,990/- and will go on sale in all retail and Asus stores across India. Asus ROG Master South Asia Finale too was held today in Bangalore.
The Asus ROG-ZEPHYRUS-GX501V1 just 16.9 mm thick and weighs just 2.4 kgs which make it the thinnest Gaming laptop in the world with powerful configuration. Asus ROG-ZEPHYRUS-GX501 is powered by Intel 7th Gen i7-7700HQ processor with latest NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Max Q design Graphics with 8GB GDDR5X RAM.It comes with 15.6 inches FHD wide angle display with anti-glare and 120 Hz refresh rate with NVIDIA G-Sync.The base variant comes with 24GB RAM and M.2 PCIe x4 1TB SSD.
The Asus ROG-ZEPHYRUS-GX501V1 is completely made out of metal and it has a unique design with RGB backlight Keyboard at the edge and touch pad which also doubles up as 10 key Numpad beside it with just click of a button.The keyboard backlight key can be customised by changing the colours and there are also specific game keys like WASD and QWER where you can highlight it using different colours apart from all other keys.
It has the unique cooling system with Active Aerodynamic Design which runs cooler and quieter without sacrificing the performance of the laptop.When laptop lid opened, the bottom portion flexes to create 6mm opening for breathing the air and cooling the device, which also prevents the device from overheating.
Asus ROG-ZEPHYRUS-GX501V1 runs Windows 10 Pro out of the box. The connectivity options include Dual-band Wifi, Bluetooth, 2x USB 3.1 Type-C Thunderbolt ports, 4x USB 3.1 ports, 1HDMI 2.0 Port and 3.5 mm Audio port. It is having HD front-facing camera.
