Xiaomi launches the Mi 6 in China officially. As per previous leaks we got the press images rendered and those images are actually the same what Xiaomi announced today.
As expected Xiaomi Mi 6 will be powered by SD 835 with 6GB RAM while there will be two storage variants one with 64GB other with 128GB. Please note there is no 4GB RAM variant this time.It has 5.15 inch Full HD 1080p display. Unfortunately, there is no 3.5mm audio jack this time. But there is stereo speaker this time. It will be splash proof.It has fingerprint sensor embedded within the Home key at the front as seen on Mi 5. It is packed with 3,350 mAh battery.
As far as Camera is concerned it comes with 12MP dual camera setup one with Wide angle lens and other with tele lens similar to what Apple did with iPhone 7 Plus ,even it comes with Portrait mode which Apple launched with iPhone 7 Plus cameras. It also comes with 4 Axis image stabilization for keeping the things steady for wide angle 12MP camera lens.
Xiaomi Mi 6 is priced around CNY 2,499 (Rs.23,500/-) for 64GB and CNY 2,899 (Rs.27,200/-) for 128GB variant. The ceramic variant will cost around CNY 2,999 (Rs.28,000/-).The Mi 6 will go on sale from 28 April at 10 AM in China. As of now there is no details for India launch.
