With this Nokia feature phone, HMD is bringing back old-school Nokia features – well, not so old-school, it has YouTube and 4G. The Nokia 220 is the third device to bear the name, and unlike the 2019 model, this one resembles the original.

Nokia 220 4G (2024):

Nokia 220 4G (2024) has a large display for this type of phone, 2.8″. You can access YouTube, including YouTube shorts, through Cloud Apps. The phone can also access news, weather, and other cloud services.

Additionally, you can play Snake (of course), listen to MP3s (you’ll need a microSD card), and listen to FM radio. The device has a 3.5mm headphone jack, so any wired headphones can be used.

Nokia 220 supports Bluetooth headphones and speakers, so you can go wireless as well. There are two SIM cards on board as well as LTE connectivity.

With a USB-C cable, the 1,450mAh battery can last days between charges. With the removable battery, you can always carry a spare, which hasn’t been possible with smartphones in the past.

Nokia 235 4G (2024) is quite similar to the 220, except for one thing – the 220 does not have a camera. Even though the 235 has a 2MP sensor, the price difference between the two isn’t huge. There is also a flashlight LED on the back.

The Nokia 220 4G (2024) is available for sale today in India for an MSRP of Rs.4,500, but if you go online, the price is Rs.3,250. Peach and black are the two colours available.

Nokia 235 4G:

The new Nokia 235 features new flat design similar to the iPhone. Nokia 235 4G sports 2.8 inches QVGA LCD display with T9 keypad. It is powered by Unisoc T107 coupled with 64MB RAM and 128MB internal storage. The device also gets a MicroSD card slot. The Nokia 235 4G features VGA rear camera with LED flash.

The connectivity options include Dual SIM with 4G, 2G support, USB Type-C port, Bluetooth 5.0, 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio. The new Nokia 235 4G packs 1450 mAh battery and runs on Series 30+ OS.

Nokia 235 4G (2024) is now available in India. It’s basically the same phone, except for the 2MP camera that we mentioned. Its MSRP is ₹5,000, but it’s currently selling for ₹3,750/-.
